John Crowther began his love affair with the sport of lacrosse at age 12, in Lutherville, Md. He went on to play in high school, and then at Princeton , 1958-1960. In Los Angeles, where he has lived for many years, he is on the board of directors of West LA LAX as well as being in its Hall of Fame. He continues to coach at every level, from youth lacrosse to high school.
John has juggled multiple careers throughout his life, as writer, artist, illustrator and cartoonist. His work has appeared in MAD Magazine, and can be seen daily on his cartoon blog, The Fools Journey. His work can be viewed on his website, www.jcrowtherart.com.
