What are my shipping options?
UPS Ground, US only. We also Ship USPS Priority Mail for lighter weight items and to PO Boxes or AE & APO Addresses. Guaranteed day of delivery to all 50 states. If orders in Texas and California are received by noon in each area next day delivery will adhere. Orders received after noon will ship the following day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do but the order will take an additional 24 hours to process and shipping prices are subject to change. For any questions regarding our international shipping guidelines, please contact our customer service department. Order Status
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship the same day if your order is in our system by 12pm PST. If your order is placed after 12pm PST your order will ship the following day but we will do everything in our power to get it out that same day.
Has my order shipped?
We ask that when you place an order you check your email periodically as we will notify you with a tracking number when the order ships or notify you within 24 hours of any backorders that you may have. If specific items are sold out we will do our best to provide you with alternatives that will hopefully satisfy you. What if I never received my order?
Situations may occur outside of our control causing a package to not be delivered. If this occurs we ask that you email firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as you have available and someone at South Swell Sports will look in to it in a prompt manner and reply to you immediately.
What if I did not receive my entire order or part of it is missing?
We will notify you immediately via email of any backorders or out of stock items and will also include an updated receipt in your box of items that are backordered. Please refer to both for more detailed information or if you have a specific question as to the length of the backorder feel free to email us or call us toll free at 888-768-8479.
Can I track my order?
When every order is shipped a UPS tracking number will be sent to the email you provided us on your order. If for some reason, a tracking number that was assigned to your order is invalid or not processing – please call or email our customer service line and our customer service manager will gladly assist in providing accurate tracking data.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from South Swell Sports. If you are in any way dissatisfied, please return the item along with your proof of purchase within 30 days to any South Swell Sports location or return to our Customer Service department via UPS or USPS. • Goods must be in original condition • Custom Helmets may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will exchange or replace any equipment/apparel in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s warranty. We will not accept any used equipment/apparel that is not defective or broken. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty exchanges. How do I return merchandise?

What happens if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
Not to worry! South Swell will make sure and either exchange the damaged merchandise or refund your purchase. If the merchandise is incorrect we will send a UPS tag and immediately ship out the correct equipment. We ask that you reference the exchange policies before sending items back.
When will I receive a credit to my account?
We will process the refund immediately and it should post to your account within 3 business days.
