My name is Adam Guy and I am the store manager for the South Swell in Lake Forest, California. I started playing lacrosse in 1998 for the Serrano Hawks lacrosse in Lake Forest and attended El Toro High School where I played defense. After graduating in 2003 I went to play NCAA Division III lacrosse at Ohio Wesleyan University where I was a 4 year starter and 4 year all-conference selection. I graduated in 2007 and moved to Manchester, England where I was a Lacrosse Development Officer for the Timperley Lacrosse Club. I lived there for a year teaching elementary, junior high and high school children lacrosse as well as playing for their men’s senior team. When I moved home I continued coaching lacrosse and I am currently the head varsity coach for my old high school El Toro. I am also involved in the youth lacrosse leagues in the area as well working to grow the sport.
When I am not in the shop or coaching you can find me down on A Street in Newport Beach playing for the Newport Beach Lacrosse Club. All the employees at the Lake Forest South Swell share the same love and passion for the sport as I do so feel free to drop by anytime!
