We make it EASY for you to get your gear. We’ve got what you need for a great lacrosse experience and getting it is as easy as 1-2-3. Whether you shop our website, visit one of our 7 retail locations or work with one of our team sales representatives our goal is to exceed your expectations every time.

Our new website will include over 5000 items to choose from. This year shopping is made even easier on our site then ever before. Use our advance search tools to search by a wide variety of categories that include sku number, manufacturer, and many more. You can also take advantage of many web sales that give you an exclusive opportunity to shop for stuff and a discounted price.

2. Visit one of our retail locations:

South Swell has retail stores in both California and Texas and we recommend making a visit if you are ever in our area. We take a great deal of pride in our stores and the customer service we provide.

Shipping

1. What are my shipping options?

We Ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for lighter weight items and to PO Boxes or AE & APO Addresses. Guaranteed day of delivery to all 50 states. Please check our map below for delivery time in transit to your area. If orders in Texas and California are received by noon in each area next day delivery will adhere. Orders received after noon will ship the following day.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do but order will take an additional 24 hours to process and shipping prices are subject to change.

Order Status

1. Once I have made my order has my credit card been charged?

Your credit card does not get charged for 24 hours allowing us time to inform you of any backorders or out of stock items. After the 24 hours have gone by your cc will charged and your order will either be shipped or backordered.

2. When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship the same day if your order is in by 12pm PST. If your order is placed after 12pm PST your order will ship the following day but we will do everything in our power to get it out that same day.

3. Has my order shipped?

We ask that when you place an order you check your email periodically as we will notify you with a tracking number when the order ships or notify you within 24 hours of any backorders that you may have. If specific items are sold out we will do our best to provide you with alternatives that will hopefully satisfy you. 4. What if I never received my order?

Situations may occur causing a package to not be delivered and we as that you email orders@southswellsports.com. with as much information as you have available and someone at South Swell Lacrosse will look in to it in a prompt manner and reply to you immediately.

5. What if I did not receive my entire order?

We will notify via email of any backorders and will also include an updated receipt in your box of items that are backordered. Please refer to both for more detailed information or if you have a specific question as to the length of the backorder feel free to email us or call us toll free at 1(888)southswell.

6. Can I track my order?

When every order is shipped a UPS tracking number will be sent to email in box. We have a tool on our website that will track your through the UPS website. If you are having trouble using it just call and one of our representatives will be happy to track it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

1. What is the return and exchange policy?

All orders are fully returnable within 30 days of the order being received. We will only return items for full credit if they have not been used. Other situations will be handled with an exchange or by issuing store credit.

2. How do I return merchandise?

All orders are sent with a return form and we ask that you fill this out completely as this will help expedite the process. If you must return an item due to an error on our part, we will send a label through UPS at our expense. Please send all returns to:

3. What happens if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

Not to worry! South Swell will make sure and either exchange the damaged merchandise or refund your money. If the merchandise is incorrect we will send a UPS tag and immediately ship out the correct equipment. We ask that you reference the exchange policies before sending items back.

4. When will I receive a credit to my account?

We will process the refund immediately and it should post to your account with in a day or 2.
